hate today. things doesnt go as plan lactic build up shld be gradual. instead of setting in at the 130m mark. .. . .. . . 400m was a total wat the fuk... didnt expect myself to be getting some dogshit speed 59s.... goddamn all those perfect tactics, pacing.. visualissations.. preparations. disrupted in the spilt second.. in my start... zzz guess have to train harder.
