damn i said things too early track n field is the same as dragon boat ;( WAH dunno how to say, come dwn to tp n experienced it urself!!!!! 1st (official)training both legs cramp, thigh pain arggghhh n btw this is only the drills... we did drills for 3 hours.... only rest interval 5min (for drinking water) T.T oh ya n 1 more thing my toes are filled with blisters :(
