having some fuckedtard ppl in track who tinks they are so good just because they can run faster than ppl who are noobs? who mainly didn't like train for years? or even months.. originally from st. pats. track so what big fuck ar ? kaopei 'noobs' like free huh... u will sure get ur dessert in 6 onths time.... i'll sure to crush u flat... whatever he joins i'll join.!everythings' he's good at ... i will deflate his ego../ confidence etc and any others poosible way to crush him to the ground...watch it! u are fast but i'll be faster!/.

damn i said things too early track n field is the same as dragon boat ;( WAH dunno how to say, come dwn to tp n experienced it urself!!!!! 1st (official)training both legs cramp, thigh pain arggghhh n btw this is only the drills... we did drills for 3 hours.... only rest interval 5min (for drinking water) T.T oh ya n 1 more thing my toes are filled with blisters :(
