hm.. some facts about our kidney
1: our kidney ages with our age
2: when we grow old we are bound to sufer more disease like hypertension and diabetes
3:so if u wan to die in a 'healthy shape'
4: do control ones diet n excerise ;)
5: control hpertension and diabetes to prevent the coruption of ones kidney ;) so u can no need to wash kidney ;)
